Good morning West FL.

We are in full assessment mode this morning. It’s seems our more heavily populated areas like Tallahassee was spared, as well as Franklin & Wakulla county coastal areas. However, our Taylor county family took the major hit. Perry 1st AG has sustained some significant roof damage.

We are waiting to hear from other churches in the impact zone.

Please use this form to get us that information:

Convoy of Hope is en route and waiting to hear back from Taylor County SO on a staging area for relief. Please pray for favor on finding a good location for them as well as Christ in Action, our preferred missions partner for debris removal & clean out.

We will update here and on www.westflorida.ag throughout the day.

Also, follow Convoy of Hope HERE for updates on Helene.

Pastor’s we are just a few hours out from Hurricane Helene, CAT 4 making land.

We continue to pray for the Lord to be a shield & shelter for so many in its path.

Our network team is working diligently to be as aware of both needs & resources in the coming hours, days & weeks.

We have created a simple Google form that we request you use (if phone service allows) to notify us on how well you faired, both your church & personal property and lives.

Use this link: https://forms.gle/T5fU3dzkwJVqmP329

Please know that Convoy of Hope is staging near Hattiesburg, MS waiting for the green light to come in. They have a location they feel will work in Tallahassee , and we will make that announcement when they allow us to.

Their website for updates is: https://convoyofhope.org/disaster-services/hurricane-helene-24/

If you have a disaster relief team that is wanting to come help our churches, please let our Network team know what your capabilities are, approx. size of team & how self sufficient you can be. Make sure you understand the liability insurance for that team will be your churches responsibility to make sure they are covered.

Please, please, please communicate with us as soon and as best you can so we can best know how to serve you.
