CAMP

REGISTRATION

To register your church group for camp, please click the proper camp registration link below. Starting in 2025, your gender-specific bed request will not be approved until we receive at $25/bed, non-refundable deposit. By doing this, we are not limiting the number of beds you request anymore. If paying by check, email Dana.Hicks@westflorida.ag so she can hold your beds.

Note: This pre-registration is NOT the final student/leader registration. Once the group/student has done the pre-registration along with the first deposit, the official camp registration link will be sent to your group leader/parent/guardian. This link is not to be published publicly as it could mess up our bed counts for each camp. 


Note: If your child would like to come to camp but is not part of a church group, please use the group registration button below.  Followed by an email to Dana.Hicks@westflorida.ag to let her know. If there is a church that is attending that you would like for your child to be roomed with, please also let Dana know. We cannot guarantee it, but will work hard to accommodate your request.

  • STEP 1 - Submitting a Pre-registration Request

    Your Church will fill out and submit a Camp Pre-Registration Request for 2025.

    • Basic group information will be collected on the form.
    • You will be asked to select a total number of gender-specific beds. 
    • This will include the total number of spots needed, both leaders and students.
    • All requests will still be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    • Should we hit the capacity set by West FL KidMin, we will start an overflow flow list.
    • As beds become available, you will be notified. 
  • STEP 2 - Actual Registration and Deposit Payments

    Registration and deposits should open on or by February 13, at 6pm central time. 

    • The first $25/bed non-refundable payment is all that is due when you first reserve your group beds. 
    • You are allowed to pay more or even full payments. 
    • If paying by check, please make sure to email Dana.Hicks@westflorida.ag and let her know the amount being sent in.
    • If the check has not arrived 14 days after your registration your beds will be released for others to pick up. You will know if your payment has been received by following your groups spreadsheet that will be explained in the next dropdown. 
  • Will beds become available if a group does not pay?

    • Beds will come available if they aren’t paid for by the set deadlines or a group leader releases them. 
    • When beds are released, they will be added back to the bed count on the planning center online registration form. 
    • Should registration his capacity and we created an overflow list, then as beds become available, they will go to that list on a first come first serve basis. 
  • What system will be used for deposits?

    Payments can be made through Planning Center this year.  If a payment is made by check, please make sure you have emailed Dana to let her know the amount of payment being mailed & which church and camper/leader the payment is to be applied to. You many say entire group if that’s accurate.

  • How will the spreadsheets work?

    • Once your group has pre-registered, your group leader will be sent a link to a Google Spreadsheet to track your groups registrations, expenses & payments. 
    • Look for your groups church name at the bottom tabs and select the appropriate church to see your groups info. 
    • This spreadsheet will allow you to accurately track everything from registrations received, whether they purchased a camp shirt, camp survival bag or if they qualify for a camp discount. 
    • The sheets will allow communication between West Florida KidMin and the group leader. 
    • Please lookout for information on Zoom calls will go over how these sheets function and will be a great time to ask any questions you may have. 

PAYMENT

SCHEDULE

First non-refundable deposit of $25/bed (including leader beds) due at time of group registration.


Second non-refundable payment of $25/bed (including leader beds) due by March 27. 
 

Final non-refundable balance of payment due at time of camp.

CAMPER PRICE

Regular $260 | Multi-Child $235 | Minister-Discount $220

  • Entering 2nd - 5th grade (7-11 yrs old)
  • Please note, if a child is 6 years old and close to age 7, the leader can make a request to allow them to attend, or if the child has a parent attending, they are allowed to attend. 
  • Please note, if a child is entering 6th grade that fall but parent is not ready to allow them to attend youth camp, they may attend 1 more year of kids camp.

LEADER PRICE

Regular $190

  • Must be 20+ yrs old with DCF Level 2 Live Scan.
  • 16 yrs old can be used as long as an adult is in the same room and with West Florida Youth approval!

ADD-ONS

  • Camp Shirt pre-order with registration is $20.
  • Camp Survival Bag: $20 each (items like: (BGMC=Boys & Girls Missionary Challenge) BGMC journal, BGMC water bottle, snacks, glow sticks, etc.)
  • Snack Shack Card: $10 each (More can be purchased at camp as needed. Please note, anything left on the card can be donated to BGMC. We will not refund any leftover money.)

SUMMER CAMP 

We were created to worship! Set aside four days of your summer to abide in the tangible presence of our God. This is an opportunity to grow closer as a kids ministry and build relationships with others across our community who love Jesus. Not to mention the amount of FUN we’re going to have!

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO

  • All registrations include lodging, meals, and camper insurance.
  • A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve all camper/leader bed spaces.
  • Most of our camps sell out, so register as soon as possible

  • Are visitors allowed at summer camp?

    For the safety of all campers and leaders, WFKids Summer Camp is a CLOSED camp! Visitors are only allowed if pre-approved with the West Florida Camp Director or Assistant Camp Director. This includes ALL individuals not registered for attendance during that week of camp.

    • According to the state of Florida, all adults (18 or older) on Camp Realife property must have an approved Level 2 Background Check registered with West Florida under the Department of Children and Family (DCF) or under the direct supervision of someone who has said Level 2 Background Check.
    • Students are not permitted to visit the campground at any time unless pre-approved with West Florida Camp Director or Assistant Camp Director. The only students allowed on the property must be registered as student campers for the specific camp they plan to attend.
  • Gender Designation at registration

    • All reservations require a gender designation at the time of purchase. This is to help us maximize the space available. Gender designation must be based on the participant’s birth gender.
    • Reservations are not interchangeable unless approved and adjusted by the WFKidMin team.

  • DCF LEVEL 2 Background Check

    • All leaders must have an approved DCF Level 2 background check before arriving at summer camp.
    • WFYouth must receive that approval from DCF prior to your camp, or your spot may be forfeited.
    • Follow the instructions HERE to start the process.
  • Can I join the Camp Crew?

    • Camp Crew members must be 16+ years old. 
    • Interested individuals must complete the application on the WFKids Camp website.
    • WFKids Camp seeks hard-working individuals passionate about serving with a good attitude and teachable spirit.
  • Refund Policy

    All payments are non-refundable unless a catastrophic event prohibited attendance. (That will be determined by the West Florida Camp Director.)
